Here at Graphix ActiveWear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase from our store. We advise that you check sizing before ordering but we understand that sometimes things just dont fit the way you thought

  • Claims must be made within FIVE days after receiving the goods.

  • Embroidered goods cannot be returned, unless they are damaged.

  • Do not return the goods unless your claim is accepted. We will not resend your goods if your claim is rejected according to our Return Policy.

  • Returned goods must be sent by registered post with insurance. We will not be liable for losses during postage.

  • Goods must not be worn. We will not accept returns where there is signs to suggest that the goods have been worn, or if the sales tags or labels are cut.

  • The returned item must be received within SEVEN days (inclusive of weekends).

  • You can only exchange for a different size or for a credit note if the goods do not fit you or has a manufacturing fault. We do not exchange due to change of mind.

  • If the garment does not fit, we will replace it with the correct size.

  • If there is a fault with the item, we will offer our apologies and will happily replace or refund the full purchase price, including return postage.

    If you wish to exchange or return an item, you must first contact us by email ( ), and receive an authorisation code. Address all returns/exchanges to:

    Be sure to quote the Return Authorisation code on all correspondence. We cannot process any returns without it.
    Goods to be returned must be in their original, saleable condition. Saleable condition means they must not have been used, washed, worn or soiled, must have their product tags attached and be in their original product packaging. Clothing items may be tried on briefly to check size and fit, but must be returned with product tags attached and in their original product packaging.
